Scheduling Your Consignment Drop-off

Beginning January 1st, 2024, all items that Hardware and Roses does not accept, or any items that do not sale will be automatically donated. Starting with our January appointments, consignors will no longer have the option to pick up items that are not accepted or that do not sale after the 120 days. This new change is due to a higher volume of consignors and appointments, we appreciate your understanding! Please note that although we have some drop off appointment's on Monday's the store is still closed on Monday. These appointment's are for dropping off items only, shopping will not be available on Monday drop offs. Beginning January 1st, 2023, if you cancel your appointment with less than a 24 hour notice or are a no-show, a $10.00 charge will be made against your account. For new consignors that are a "no show", you will not be able to consign with us for 60 days. We have a wait list of consignors wanting to schedule drop-offs. In order to do our best and accommodate as many as possible, we have to enforce this new policy. |
You will need to schedule an appointment to drop-off your items for consignment. Each consignor is allowed 2 drop off appointments per month that must be made on separate weeks. Because we have a waitlist for appointments and to allow variety in the shop, we do not allow consignors to book more than one appointment per week. We accept 45 clothing items and 15 household items per drop off. Furniture needs to be approved before it is brought to the store. You can call us at 336-843-1266.
We will not be booking appointments in May. Instead, we will be offering Drop and Shop days every Tuesday in May from 11am-4pm. This is for existing and NEW consignors! You may bring up to 12 items, no furniture during the drop off time. No appointment necessary and all of our current requirements apply to these drop and shops.
