Scheduling Your Consignment Drop-off

 

Beginning January 1st, 2023, if you cancel your appointment with less than a 24 hour notice or are a no-show, a $10.00 charge will be made against your account. For new consignors that are a "no show", you will not be able to consign with us for 60 days. We have a wait list of consignors wanting to schedule drop-offs. In order to do our best and accommodate as many as possible, we have to enforce this new policy.

You will need to schedule an appointment to drop-off your items for consignment. Each consignor is allowed 2 drop off appointments per month that must be made on separate days. Because we have a waitlist for appointments and to allow variety in the shop, we do not allow consignors to book more than one appointment per day.  We accept 40 clothing items and 15 household items per drop off. Furniture needs to be approved before it is brought to the store. You can call us at 336-843-1266.
